Then I built my own businesses and became the exact thing I had spent a career helping other companies engineer out. Everything ran through me and I did not see it happening.

Now this is my full time work. Owners across industries with nothing in common, all with the same problem underneath it, because the problem is never the industry. Standards that were never set. Work that only lives in one person's head. Decisions nobody else is allowed to make.
